This ILO paper featured the business models implemented by the Foundation for Partnership Initiatives in the Niger Delta (PIND) and 3 other organizations in Kosovo, Zambia, and Afghanistan. It presents the PIND business model on the use of private extension, most notably the aquaculture service providers (Business Model 2: Private Extension Services – from Page 19).

It is a framework for assessing the efficacy of business models and to help implementers to engage with the private sector in building ‘win-win’ models.
