The Nigeria Indigenous Capacity Building (NICaB) is a President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) funded project through the U.S. Agency for International Development.  The project is managed by the Christian Health Association of Nigeria (CHAN) in collaboration with Management Sciences for Health. The project commenced in October 2007 and at present has a one year extension which ends in March 2012
