This program offers young professionals an opportunity to gain hands-on professional experience and international exposure shortly after graduating from university.They  seek motivated and passionate young graduates with excellent academic records to join their  Commercial, Technical, or Finance departments in Nigeria.

Main Principles:
An 18-month comprehensive program:
– Phase 1: 6 months in Nigeria, the country of origin.
– Phase 2 : 12 months of expatriation in another TotalEnergies affiliate within Africa or at the HQ in Paris, subject to performance and availability.
