The Youth Employment Pathways is a vocational skills training program sponsored by @pindfoundation , which aims to empower 45 unemployed youths in Rivers State (specifically Port Harcourt residents) with in-depth technical knowledge in:

– Solar panel and inverter installation

– System Sizing and Energy Audit

– Electrical Load separation and distribution

– System Commissioning

– Troubleshooting and maintenance

– Soft skills
