Oxfam Novib Nigeria is looking for a Business Support Manager

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION

The Business Support Manager is a key role in the Leadership Team that provides financial and risk management services to the Oxfam Country Office in Nigeria. They develop business intelligence that supports program decisions and performance management and reinforce value for money criteria in close cooperation with the program and management units.

Duty station: Abuja, Nigeria.

Type of appointment: (Inter)national contract.

Contract duration: Fixed term for 12 months, with possibility for renewal depending on funding and performance.

Work schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).

Reports to: Country Director.

Type of Posting: Single posting.

Salary & Scale: €4028, – to €6199, – (gross) depending on qualification and experience / Oxfam Novib’s scale 710 (Int Grading B2) according to the Nigeria’s salary scale.

The Business Support is to  perform key responsibilities and task including :

Performance management & business Intelligence

Financial planning and information Management

Grant management and donor Reporting

Procurement & Logistics

Information Technology

Risk Management,  as well as
Leadership, Coordination and Capacity Building.
