The Foundation for Partnership Initiatives in the Niger Delta (PIND) is a social enterprise that was established in 2010 by Chevron Corporation to build multi-stakeholder partnerships for peace and equitable economic development in the Niger Delta.

PIND wishes to engage an individual consultant, firm or a company to carry out analysis of media (TV, Radio and newspaper) audiences at state, regional (Niger Delta) and National levels.
